HEMINGBY NIGHTHAWK above, was but a babe at the foot of his mother.
HEMINGBY MATTIE, below left, was a grand old lady, recently retired from a wonderful show career and I was about to embark on a new adventure, including training and showing my own cattle - below right with FENTON PRINCESS MAGNOLIA, aged 17 months, at the 1998 Royal Show. (Her twin, Fenton Princess Mahonia, won the class! Two weeks earlier at The Lincolnshire Show Magnolia won and Mahonia had to take second place!) In 1999 at the Royal, Mahonia came 2nd in her class, but... her brother, FENTON APOLLO, was Champion Lincoln Red bull!
